ELEVANE

About

Why ELEVANE exists

Most workplace wellbeing tools ask people to self-report into a system their employer can see, then wonder why response rates collapse after the first month. ELEVANE started from the opposite premise: honest measurement only works if the person answering believes, correctly, that their answer can't be used against them — and that belief has to be built into the architecture, not promised in a privacy policy.

That premise came from two directions at once. One founder spent years watching companies that genuinely cared about their people still guess in the dark about how those people were actually doing — because the tools available were either not private enough to trust, or too generic to act on. The other spent his career in the room where people actually talk about how they're struggling, and knew that no dashboard works unless it respects what makes people honest in the first place.

So ELEVANE is built the way it is on purpose: a psychologist's instrument, an engineer's privacy architecture, and one rule we don't break — individual answers are never visible to anyone but the person who gave them. Everything else on this site follows from that decision.

Mihai Ovidiu Munteanu

Founder · Psychologist

Mihai spent years living the problem ELEVANE solves. A psychologist with a background in software development, he worked inside corporate environments long enough to watch the same story repeat: companies that genuinely cared about their people, guessing in the dark about how those people were actually doing — and employees with no honest way to tell them. ELEVANE is his answer: a psychologist's instrument, an engineer's architecture, and a simple rule learned from both worlds — people tell the truth when the truth can't be used against them. He designed the assessment, the tools, and the privacy model that makes them work.

Flavian Dumitru Grădinaru

Co-Founder · Psychologist & Psychotherapist

Flavian has spent his career in the room where change actually happens. A psychologist and practicing psychotherapist, he brings to ELEVANE what no dashboard can fake: a working knowledge of how people struggle, cope, and recover — and a deep fascination with the human mind behind it all. His clinical perspective shapes ELEVANE's supportive voice, its careful boundaries, and its insistence that measurement must always serve the person being measured. He is the reason the product reads like it was written by someone who has listened to people for a living — because it was.

What we believe

  • Honest data requires real privacy — not a policy, an architecture.
  • Plain language beats clinical scores. People act on what they understand.
  • A result without a next step is just a number. Every finding should come with something small and concrete to do about it.
  • Validation isn't a one-time study. An instrument should keep proving itself against real use.
